UPDATE: Biological mother charged in missing boy case

MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - The biological mother of the boy who went missing from Monroe earlier this week, has now been charged in the case.
According to police, Danielle Givens picked up her son, Jadon, at Ouachita Parish Jr. High School by forging the boy's step-mother's name on a form.
Later in the week, she returned him though, and turned herself in.
Danielle Given, who had no custodial rights, has now been charged with one count of Interfering with Child Custody.

Jadon Jackson, who went missing from Ouachita Parish Jr. High School earlier this week after he was picked up by his biological mother, is now back home.
Police say that Danielle Givens brought her son, Jadon Jackson, to the Monroe Police Department today. Jackson is unharmed and Detectives are currently investigating the matter.
Danielle Givens could face criminal charges. But no decision has been made yet about that.

Monroe police are looking for a woman and her juvenile son.
On Monday, around 10:45am, Jadon S. Jackson was checked out of Ouachita Parish Junior High School by Danielle Nicole Givens, his biological mother.
Givens does not have any custodial rights for Jackson and she forged the name of the Step-Mother at the school in order to leave with Jackson.
Jadon S. Jackson is described as a 12 year old black male standing 5'1" tall and around 105 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket with "New York" on it, a blue and white polo style shirt, blue jean pants, and blue/ black / white Nike Air Maxx shoes.
Danielle Nicole Givens is described as 32 year old black female standing 5'9" and 190 lbs. Givens' last known address is in the New Orleans, LA area, and Detectives believe she has taken Jackson there.
