WINNSBORO, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The condition of a Franklin Parish woman accused of setting herself on fire and blaming the "KKK" has been upgraded. This is a picture of Sharmeka Moffit. The Winnsboro woman is now listed in fair condition. She remains at LSU Health Shreveport as of Saturday night. It all happened back in October at Civitan Park. Police say as soon as the investigation wraps up, they will hand over their information to the District Attorney's Office.
