Ingredients 1-10 oz. Bag of Fresh Spinach ¼ Purple Onion, thinly sliced 1 Pomegranate, seeded ½ C Pecans ½ C Feta Cheese, Crumbled 4 T Balsamic or Pecan Vinegar Drizzle of Olive Oil, optional
Method of preparation Place fresh spinach into a salad bowl. Top with purple onion, pomegranate seeds, and pecans. Balsamic or pecan vinegar can be tossed with salad prior to serving or added by each individual.
