MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Monroe City School Board will vote whether to punish board member Vickie Krutzer on Monday.

At the meeting the board will consider the legal complaint filed by an an employee with the superintendent regarding Krutzer. The board will consider what the agenda calls "a motion or action of censorship of Board Member Vickie Krutzer".

This comes after a district office voicemail recorded a private conversation from Krutzer's phone, where a man is heard using a racial slur and insulting board members.

The meeting is open to the public and scheduled for 4 in the afternoon on Monday, December 10.
