Ingredients: 2cup cornmeal ½ cup all-purpose flour 2½ teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt 1 tablespoon sugar ¼ cup vegetable oil 1 large egg 1¼ cup whole milk
Method of preparation: Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix in oil, egg, and milk. Oil pan for cornbread. Pour mix into oiled pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of pan comes out clean.
