WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A 22-year-old West Monroe man is behind bars Sunday, accused of exposing himself at a church.
Brennan Touchet is facing a sexual obscenity charge after Ouachita Deputies say, they arrested him Sunday morning in the parking lot of First Baptist Church of West Monroe.
Deputies say Touchet admitted to the gesture and said he gains sexual gratification when exposing himself in public.
This is the second time Touchet has been hit with a sexual obscenity charge, back in February, Touchet received his first charge.
