Brookshire's opening four new stores in North Louisiana

MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - Texas-based Brookshire Grocery Co. has announced the opening of Super 1 Foods in Winnsboro this week, as well as a Brookshire's store in Columbia, and Brookshire's in Jonesboro. The company will also open a Brookshire's store in Winnfield in the next few days.
BGC purchased and began converting the four former Kaye's Food Market stores earlier this month.
The Winnsboro store is located at 9 Fair Avenue, the Columbia store is located at 7713 Highway 165, and the Jonesboro store is located at 325 East Main Street, and the store in Winnfield is located at 817 West Court Street.
Josh Black, who joined BGC in 1997 in Ruston, is the new store director at Super 1 Foods in Winnsboro. During his time, Black has worked as a utility clerk, produce stocker, grocery manager, market clerk, and assistant store manager. He most recently served at a Super 1 Foods store in Shreveport.
David Cadwallader is the new store director at the Columbia Brookshire's. For the past year he has been the store director at Brookshire's in Magnolia, Ark. He started out as a sacker and worked his way up to stocker, grocery manager, perishable manager, and assistant store manager. Cadwallader has also served in Natchitoches and Shreveport stores.
Formerly store director at a Brookshire's in Natchitoches, DeRon Floyd is now store director at the Brookshire's in Winnfield. He has been with the company since 1995. Floyd has been a sacker, stocker, grocery manager, and assistant store manager, and he has also worked in Bossier City, Minden and Mansfield locations.
Tonda Williams, formerly an assistant store manager at Super 1 Foods in West Monroe, has been promoted to store director at the Jonesboro Brookshire's. She began her career as a cashier in Ruston in 1993, and went on to serve the company as a DSD receiver, non-foods manager, front-end manager, and service trainer.
