MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - The Love Estates Water System in Ouachita Parish has issued a boil advisory for its customers.
All food that might be used for human consumption should be thoroughly boiled prior to usage.
Thoroughly boiled means that the water, in a clean container, should be brought to a full rolling boil and allowed to continue boiling for at least one full minute.
Human consumption means all usage such as eating, drinking, food preparation, brushing teeth, etc.
