MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Ouachita Parish government workers may be looking at new health coverage for next year. Police jurors are scheduled to go over the medical proposals Monday in a special finance committee meeting. They're looking at health, vision, dental, and life insurances.
After that, they're going to continue hammering away at next year's spending plan.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 in the evening at the Ouachita Parish Courthouse.
