GRAMBLING, La., (KNOE 8 News) - Grambling held its campus job fair Friday at the school's Student Union Center.
A number of companies and various agencies were represented at the fair, including police from Dallas, Irving, and Austin Texas, and the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. Representatives from the U-S Marines and the Air Force were at the fair recruiting, and there were several dozen companies there, including J.B. Hunt Trucking, Canes, and even a representative from the Emmys.
The school President, Dr. Frank Pogue, visited the fair during the morning and the Dean of Graduate Studies school at Grambling, Dr. Janet Guyden, was also manning a booth to talk with students interested in moving on to work on an advanced degree.
