
EL DORADO, AR. (KNOE 8 News) - A child left without a parent is now back safe with family in El Dorado, Arkansas, after a man allegedly gunned down two people in their car, including the boy's mother.
On October 5th, El Dorado Police found 23-year-old Chesniey Hall and 39-year-old Daniel Jackson shot and dead in a blue car in the woods behind one neighborhood.
After interviewing neighbors, police tracked down and arrested Johnny Tubbs.
Tubbs was charged with two counts of capital murder, one count of endangering the welfare of a minor and felony possession of a firearm.
His next court appearance is set for the later half of November.
Hall's three-year-old boy was in the car at the time of her and Jackson's murder.
He was originally turned over to the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
The El Dorado Police told KNOE 8 News that boy is now with Hall's mother, his grandmother.
