FRANKLIN PARISH, La. (KNOE 8 News)- A former Caldwell Parish band director, accused of having sex with a student, is no longer suspended and is now working as band director at Franklin Parish High School.
We're learning from multiple parents the band director is back at work after a month long suspension. Caldwell Parish district attorney's office tells us charges are still pending against the band director.
Franklin parish superintendent, Lanny Johnson and the principal of Franklin Parish High School have refused to return multiple calls for comment on this story.
