MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - The registrar of voters for Ouachita Parish has set the dates for early voting in the November 6th election.
Early voting will run from October 23rd through the 30th, at the Registrar of voters office on Saint John street in Monroe. That office will be open for early voting from 8:30am until 6pm on those days.
Also it's been decided to conduct early voting at the Chennault Military Museum at 701 Kansas Lane in Monroe. The dates and times for voting at the museum are Friday, October 26th, Saturday the 27th, then Monday the 29th and October 30th. On each of those days, early voting will be from 8:30am until 6pm.
Voters are reminded that in order to early vote, you'll need to bring picture identification with you.
