Kidnapped La. girl found in Texas

ABILENE, Tx., (KNOE 8 News) - The Texas Highway Patrol and FBI has located a five year old child kidnapped from Louisiana. Thursday, The Department of Public Safety office in Abilene received information from the FBI concerning this child's possible location in Callahan County or Taylor County. The Texas Highway Patrol began the search in the two counties.

The five year old kidnapped girl was located in Abilene at the Greyhound Bus Terminal on Texas 351 (Ambler Ave.) on a bus. She was found by the Texas Highway Patrol and FBI.

The five year old girl was released to Child Protective Services. The accompanying adult, Ashley Darlene Goudeaux of Pollock, Louisiana was arrested and taken to Taylor County Jail. Officials are waiting for an arrest warrant from Louisiana.
