MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - There have been several developments this morning in last week's bomb scare at three local schools. The headmaster at River Oaks School, Dr. Tom Middleton, issued the following

MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - The second scheduled bond hearing for accused bomb threat caller David Reyna has been reset.
Reyna, at the time a Spanish teacher at River Oaks School, was scheduled to appear in court in Ouachita Parish Wednesday morning, but following a change in the judge assigned to the case, is now scheduled to appear before a District Court judge Thursday, October 4, 2012.
Reyna is accused of making the phone call to the Ouachita Sheriff's office in which three schools were supposedly the target of bomb explosions.
As a result of that call, all three schools had to be evacuated.
