UNION PARISH, La, (KNOE 8 News) - Deputies report they had stopped James Michael Gilmore, 51, of Marion, after receiving an earlier report of reckless operation in the area of La. Hwy. 15. According to the report, Gilmore's Ford Bronco matched the description given in the phone tip.
Deputies said that when they stopped the truck, there were also other passengers in the vehicle including two juveniles.
