NEWELLTON, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and the Tensas Parish Sheriff's Office have arrested 60-year-old Rickey L. Brown on charges of possession of unauthorized video draw poker devices.
If convicted, Brown will be facing the possibility of as much as 10 years in prison as well as fines up to $10,000.
The warrant and search came as the result of an ongoing investigation into the alleged use of unauthorized video draw poker devices and according to investigators, several such devices were located at the lounge during the search.
