Fried Shrimp Yum Yum PoBoys

Crispy Fried Shrimp Yum Yum PoBoys with Spicy Sweet Sandwich Sauces
Oil for Frying
2 lb medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup Tony Chachere's Fish Fry Mix
1 cup Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs
Tony Chachere's Sweet and Spicy Sandwich Sauce

Method of preparation
Preheat oil to 375 degrees. Season Shrimp with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Beat egg and milk together. Mix Fish Fry Mix and Panko Crumbs together. Fry in hot oil until shrimp are brown and float to the top. Place on paper towel to drain. Place in a bowl. Toss with Sandwich Sauce. Serve on Poboy bread or salad mix.


Broccoli Salad
2 heads of broccoli florets, blanched
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup golden raisins
1 container real bacon crumbles or 6 slices fried and crumbled
¾ cup Tony Chachere's Creole Sandwich Sauce

Method of Preparation
In a container, combine all ingredients, combine and seal. Store in refrigerator overnight.
