EL DORADO, Ark. (KNOE 8 News/AP) - Five lives are taken in Arkansas and the West Nile Virus is to blame. Health leaders said there are 43 cases of the mosquito-borne illness this year. That figure ties the record for the highest amount set back in 2002. The illness is spread from birds to mosquitoes and transmitted to humans.
