Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

4 bell peppers, halved
1/2 - 1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Method of preparation

Wash & remove seeds from peppers. Place in pot of hot water for 3-4 min, remove & set aside. Brown ground beef, season to taste, drain grease & combine with rice & cream cheese. Fill bell peppers halves with rice mixture, sprinkle with bread crumbs & place in pan, cover & place in oven at 350 degrees for 20 min. Uncover & sprinkle with cheese & bake for 10 min or until cheese melts. Remove from even & enjoy.
