WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Domarlon Dontae Ware has been arrested and booked in Ouachita Correctional Center for a 2010 West Monroe murder.
Among other charges, he is been held for second degree murder of Irving Ausberry in 2010. Ware was spotted earlier this week near Round Rock, Texas.

WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Law enforcement may be closer to finding 34-year-old Domarlon Ware, also known as "Tad Pole". He is wanted for a murder back on January 2010. It all happened at a mobile home on South 9th Street.
"I remember that night.But I didn't go around there, all I know is that there was a murder around there," a neighbor Tyrone Hendricks said.
Police said Ware murdered Irving Ausberry. His body was found laying in the driveway. The mobile home owner was beaten badly. His head was bruised and in some footage from two years ago, he was being comforted by loved ones a day after the situation in his front yard.
"What I heard lately is that they're supposed to be pursuing him in Texas," Hendricks said.
Texas police received a call early Wednesday afternoon about a disturbance in Austin. They say a woman told them her boyfriend held her up for several hours at her home. Police said, she also told them he's wanted for murder in Louisiana. The SWAT team was called into the area where the woman reportedly lived.
"We didn't do anything, it was very calm and just very quick. It was all over with before anything else," a witness in Texas said.
