BATON ROUGE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A Baton Rouge TV station is reporting that there's been an arrest in the LSU bomb threat earlier this week. The suspect has been identified as 42-year-old William Bouvay of Baton Rouge. Authorities say they are charging him with communicating false information of a planned bombing. Bouvay is currently being held in the East Baton Rouge Parish prison.
