MONROE, La., (KNOE 8 News) - Police have issued an update on the shooting which occurred on Tuesday.
According to police, the victim is in a local hospital in stable condition.
Also, according to the report, the suspect, 24-year-old Johnathon D. Perkins has been arrested and confessed to the shooting. He has been charged with attempted 2nd degree murder and bond has been set at $450,000.
