TALLULAH, La. (KNOE 8 News) - One employee is hospitalized after an explosion Sunday afternoon at the Madison Parish Port.
The Bunge Grain Elevator is temporarily closed after an explosion at the facility around 4 p.m. on Sunday. Bunge is unsure of when their elevator at Madison Parish Port will be operational again, but there efforts are focused on the injured employee who was hospitalized.
The cause of the fire is still unknown and under investigation.
