(KNOE 8 News)- An update on Tropical Storm Debby as of 10am (CDT) reveals that she has weakened just a bit overnight but maintains her status as a tropical storm with winds sustained around 45 mph. Pressure has risen slightly to 995mb and movement is to the northeast around 3 mph. A landfall is forecasted for Florida but unfortunately we will not experience any rain effects from this system.
