MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Monroe Police need your help in locating a suspect wanted for Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted Armed Robbery, and Criminal Conspiracy.
This suspect has been identified as Pilena Tywone Barnes.
On June 9, 2012 Barnes entered the Chevron Station, 701 HWY. 165, and attempted to rob the business. During this attempt one shot was fired striking the victim. Barnes then exited the store and fled in an unknown direction.
The Monroe Police Department holds warrants for the arrest of Pileana Tywone Barnes. Barnes should be considered armed and dangerous.
