Ingredients 4 boneless chicken breast 1 egg ¼ cup milk 1/3 cup marinara sauce ¼ cup mozzarella cheese 1 cup french fried onion (crumbled) seasoning parmesan cheese
Method of preparation Season chicken breast. Whisk egg & milk together. Dip chicken in egg & milk batter. Coat on both sides in fried onions. Place in skillet (medium heat). Cook for 2½ - 3 minutes on each side. Place in casserole dish (sprayed). Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place over pasta and serve.
