MONROE, La (KNOE 8 NEWS) - Monroe Police need your help in identifying this suspect in a Felony Theft that occurred at a local department store on April 18, 2012 at approximately 8:20 pm.
The suspect is a black female in her 30's wearing a white t-shirt with large sun print on the front and dark colored jeans. Suspect stole over $800.00 worth of merchandise from the business.
