Chicken rotel

12 - 16 oz pasta

1 lb chicken breast (diced/cubed)

1 can rotel tomatoes

4oz Velveeta cheese

3oz cream cheese


Method of preparation

Cook pasta according to directions and drain.  Lightly brown chicken and green onions. Melt cheese (Velveeta and cream cheese) along with rotel tomatoes. add chicken and cheese mixture to pasta, mix well. pPlace in baking dish, top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Serve and Enjoy.
