MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - The Monroe Police Department and the family of the victim need your help with any information in regards to a fatal hit and run that occurred in the 4300 block of Desiard Street on December 1, 2011.
On this date, Monroe Police were dispatched to the scene and found 55 year old William F. Carr lying in the street. Police discovered that Carr died from injuries he sustained after being struck by a passing vehicle. At this time there are no suspects, witnesses or leads in this case.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to two thousand dollars for information leading to the arrest or grand jury indictment of the person or persons responsible for this crime, or any other felony crime in Ouachita Parish.
