MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - You may have noticed KNOE 8's Ty Russell wasn't on the nightbeat Friday. That's because he put on his dancing shoes and headed over to the Monroe Civic Center arena, to compete Friday's "Dancing with the Louisiana Stars." Ty and his partner Mary Lusk performed Bob Fosse's version of "I Gotcha." They were one of 16 couples who helped raise money for the Louisiana Delta Ballet. Ashley Doughty and her partner won this year's competition.
