
1 small can of turnip greens
pan of baked cornbread
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cut up onion sauteed
1 stick melted margarine
8 oz pan sausage, browned
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bake cornbread and allow to cool a little.In a small casserole dish melt margarine in a 350 degree oven. Crumble a layer of cornbread in margarine, layer of turnip greens (do not drain turnip greens), a layer of sausage, a layer of cheese(1/2 cup) , a layer of onions, and a layer of cream of chicken. Repeat layers ending with cornbread. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
