Place all ingredients for stuffing in food processor and grind until it resembles ground beef. Stuff turkey leg or breast with andouille stuffing and wrap with prosciutto strips. Heat 2T oil in med to high heat skillet and sear turkey seem side down(where ends of prosciutto come together). Once prosciutto is slightly browned remove from skillet, place on baking sheet and finish in 350f oven until internal temp. of 165f is reached. For butternut hash heat oil and butter together, add bacon and saute until slightly crisp. Place butternut and rutabega in skillet w/ bacon and saute until butternut and rutabega is tender. Using the same skillet that turkey was seared in, place chopped garlic, sage, chicken stock, honey and finish w/ butter for sauce. Plate and serve. Enjoy!
