Ingredients:
Tomato 1ea Lg (blanched, hulled out and skin removed)
Crackers (as needed)
Crab dip filling
Method of Preparation:
Saute all of vegetables with olive oil. when vegetables are soft add crab and sautee for additional 1min. In a separate pot combine cream, boursin and cream cheese and slowly melt stirring often. When cheeses are completely melted add crab and veg mixture, season with salt and pepper to taste. Let mixture cool down off of flame. When mixture is cool fill tomato with crab mix,top w/bread crumbs, butter and parmesan cheese. Place tomato in 350f oven for approx 7-8 min or until bread crumbs brown. Serve w/ crackers.
