Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 7- cans of vegetables
  • 2c frozen corn
  • Small sliced purple onion
  • 2/3 c. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar, Splenda , or 1/4c sugar and 1/4 c. Splenda
  • 1/2 c. Canola oil

Preparation:


Place all veggies in a container.  Sprinkle with black pepper. Place oil, sugar, and apple cider vinegar in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture over veggies. Best if made at least eight hours before serving.
