1 stick butter 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla flavoring 2 tbsp butter flavored syrup 3/4 cup evaporated milk 2 cups frozen blackberries
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°. Melt butter in 9x11 pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, and milk to a batter consistency (about 3-4 min). Heat butter flavored syrup, 1 tsp sugar and 1/4 cup water. Pour batter into melted buttered pan add heated syrup mixture. Place blackberries in batter mix (do not stir). Back in oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm and add a scoop of ice cream if desired.
