Southern Comfort Turkey Necks

  • 1-2lbs. Turkey Necks
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 Tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 cup diced seasoning blend
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Wash then season turkey necks, set aside. In a large boiler, add onion flakes, seasoning blend to water and bring to a boil. Stir in cream of mushroom soup. place turkey necks inoto mixture and add worcestershire sauce, cover lightly and reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. There should be a smooth gravy mixture. Serve over cooked rice along with cornbread. Enjoy!
