Larry Rhymes joined the KNOE 8 News Team in the early 90s. He currently is currently serving as news anchor for our evening newscasts. Larry is also an agriculture/science/general interest reporter.

Larry has been in Monroe since 1973 and worked for KNOE AM/FM Radio and other local stations before joining KNOE-TV. Larry attended ULM, studies included Radio-TV and Atmospheric Science. Larry holds a Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.

Born near Sike's Ferry, Louisiana, Larry enjoys spending time with family and friends, history, and the great outdoors.
