Chicken & Mushroom Lasagna


  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1lb chicken breast diced and seasoned
  • 1 sm. onion diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper diced
  • 2 cups Italian mushroom sauce(can subsitute Alfredo sauce)
  • 9 Lasagna noodles,cooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix soup and milk in a bowl, set aside. In a skillet, saute' chicken, onion, and bell pepper in a light oil. Add sauce to meat.

In a shallow dish, spray with non stick spray, place half meat sauce mixture, top with 3 noddles, add 1 cup of soup. Add 3 more noodles and remainder of meat mixture. Add last 3 noodles, remainder of soup, then top with cheese, cover with foil(spray foil to keep cheese from sticking).

Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Remove cover and broil for 2 minutes or until litely golden color. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
