Fiery Chicken of the Sea

4 Boneless/skinless chicken breast (grilled or smoked)

4 oz crab meat (chopped)

1 cup shrimp (chopped)

1/3 cup red wine

1 Tsp butter

1 can cream of mushroom

1 8oz cream cheese

1/2 onion (chopped)

3 stems green onions (chopped)

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Tony's Seasoning (for taste)

Saute in butter crab meat, shrimp, seasoning, and red wine. Add onions, green onions, cream of mushroom. Mix until creamy. Add cream cheese and half of shredded cheese (save the rest for topping). Add mixture over chicken breast and sprinkle with cheese.
