Sweet Potato Casserole

6 cups Sweet Potato

2 cups Sucanat/honey

4 eggs

1 Tablespoon vanilla

1 cup melted butter

1 cup coconut

Mix ingredients and put in buttered dish.

 

1 cup sucanat

1 cup whole wheat flour

½ cup soft butter

2 cups chopped pecans

Mix and crumble on top of above mixture sitting in dish.

Bake at about 45 minutes at 350 degrees
