Turkey Sliders




Ingredients

Turkey Patties:
1#Lean turkey
Salt & pepper to taste
1Tbsp minced garlic

Cornbread stuffing buns:
2 cups muffin mix
2 cups cornmeal
3 Tbsp cornbread stuffing mix seasoning
Combine all ingredients together and pour into muffin tin, bake at 375
degrees for 8-12 min. Cool and slice in half, making a bun.

Cranberry Salsa
6 oz whole fresh cranberries
1/2 oz cilantro, chopped
3 oz green onions, chopped
1/2 oz jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions

Turkey Patties:
Portion 3/4 cup in a ball. Flatten and cook until 165 degrees internally.
Place on bottom portion of bun, add 1tbsp of salsa, top with spinach.
Place 1 oz of mayo on top part of bun then place on top of spinach.


Cornbread stuffing buns:
Combine all ingredients together and pour into muffin tin, bake at 375
degrees for 8-12 min. Cool and slice in half, making a bun.


Cranberry Salsa:
Mix all ingredients together in food processor and blend until coarsely
chopped. Refrigerate until ready to use.
