Smoked Fried Ribs




Ingredients

1 rack of ribs
Masala seasoning
Ginger
Paprika,
Cayenne
BBQ sauce, honey, & creole mustard

Directions

-Combine 1tsp of each seasoning together, season rib generously
-Smoke until half done, remove from smoker and slice
-Deep fry in 350 degree oil for 5-7 min (creating a crust) remove from oil
-Baste with sauce (BBQ sauce, honey, & creole mustard)
