Ingredients

Stuffed Eggs:
Boil eggs completely, cut eggs in half the long way, and remove the yoke.

Wash, peel, and cut up several medium sized potatoes.
place the potatoes in cold water. Cook (boil) until tender but still firm, from 12 -15 minutes. Be sure to add salt (llightly) to the water before boiling.

In a bowl, combine the potaotes, egg yoke, celery/ onion (very fine), sweet relsih, garlic salt (your choice), mustard, mayonnaise, and chopped ham.

Starting your grill. If you use starter fluid, small amount and add used cooking oil.
Used cooking oil is great starting your charcoal and cleaning your grill.
You may use any name brand charcoal wood for cooking your meat.
The key to a flavored tasting meat is the type of hard wood you add to your charcoal wood such as pecan tree limbs
