1 # lg shrimp ( peeled & deveined )
1/4 cup Pesto mix
1 # bacon
DirectionsWash shrimp, then toss in Pesto mix, place in Ziploc bag and marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator.
Partially cook bacon. You want it to be cooked enough not to stretch, but not cooked to where it can be broken.
Remove shrimp from bag and wrap with slightly cooked bacon, use toothpick to secure bacon on the shrimp.
Place on the pan and cook in 350 degree oven for 10-15 min or until bacon browns along edges.
Serve as a main dish or appetizer.
