Shrimp Chowder




Ingredients

>> 2 cans (15 oz) cream of potato
>> 1 pkg cream cheese (8oz)
>> 2 can cream of mushroom (15oz)
>> 1 can whole kernel corn drained (15oz)
>> 1 cup half & half
>> 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
>> 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
>> 1/2 tsp paprika
>> 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
>> 2 green onions finely chopped

Directions

>> Cream together on low to med heat, cream of potato and cream of mushroom along with cream cheese. Add corn and half & half, stirring until soft boil. Add cheddar cheese, then sprinkle in paprika, add shrimp. Add cayenne pepper and green onions. Let simmer for 5 -10 min.
>> Optional, Add bacon crumbles and croutons to individual servings.
