Recipe for Pineapple Cobbler

1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon of rum
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks

Directions

Directions:

Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, and rum. Pour mixture evenly in dish over melted butter. (Do not stir). Heat pineapples to a soft boil in a small pot and pour over flour mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 30 min or until crust has turned golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
