Ingredients

chick peas
tomatoes
cucumbers
red or purple onions
bell pepper
parsley
avocado
half a lemon
Italian dressing
salt and pepper

Directions

Cut up all your vegetables and place them in a large bowl, add salt and pepper for more taste, sprinkle Italian dressing seasoning over your salad and viola! A delicious and healthy treat to get you started off right this new year!

*Squeezing half a lemon over your chopped avocados will keep them from turning!
