Flank Steak Flautas with Avocado Corn Salsa and Roasted Garlic Cream



Flank steak 1# (cooked and sliced thin)
Flour tortilla 10" 2ea
Spanish rice(store bought, prepared and chilled) 6ozw
Refried bean(store bought, prepared and chilled) 6ozw
Cumin 1T
Chili powder 1T
Salt & pepper 1T
Garlic granulated 1T
Sugar 1T

Roasted garlic cream

Roasted garlic 4 cloves
Sour cream 1C
Lemon juice 1T
Salt & pepper 1T

Avocado corn salsa

Avocado 1ea (diced)
Whole kernel corn 1/2C
Cilantro (chopped) 2T
Red bell pepper (diced) 1/2ea
Red onion (diced) 1/4ea
Green onion (chopped) 2ea
Olive oil 2T
White vinegar 1T
Salt & pepper as needed


For flauta roll up sliced flank, rice, and beans in flour tortilla, secure with toothpicks and deep fry. When internal temp of 165 f is reached remove from grease and set aside for 2-3 min. Mix all ingredients together for cream and set aside. For corn salsa mix all ingredients together and set aside. To serve slice flauta in 1/2 and serve with salsa and cream. Enjoy!
