Christmas Cake Balls




Ingredients

Prepared frosted cake (flavor of your choice)
Almond Bark chocolate…. About 3-4 bricks
Parchment paper

Directions

This recipe is extremely simple and should be prepped the day before.
Dump frosted cake into a large bowl…. And blend it up until it forms into a thick consistency, like cookie dough. (Can add a little milk if needed to mix together if consistency is too dry)
Form balls about 2 inches with mixture and place on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
After cookie sheet is full, place in freezer for at least 3 hours.

Melt chocolate in glass bowl, stirring occasionally to keep from burning.
Dip one ball at a time in chocolate, covering it completely.
Once it is covered in chocolate, place on parchment paper to let dry… can decorate as desired with sprinkles, etc.
Once dry, put on plate or container and enjoy.
